I’ve been to Tuffy’s twice. … I am very impressed with the service and honesty I received from the staff on both occasions. Plus, the prices are very favorable compared to other locations I’ve been. I’ll continue to go to Tuffy’s for my automotive needs.

While on our way to St. Augustine Beach the ABS light came on in our car and our brakes started making a grinding noise. … They checked it out, assured us it would be safe to drive, and sent us off on our vacation trip with no charge. … They were efficient and courteous and we were very thankful.

Only place to go in Tallahassee. Cheapest I could find, they fix it right the first time, and don’t try to sell you on a new filter/tire rotation/brake pads/differential fluid/ or any other unneeded service.

These guys are honest and very helpful.  Overall I was very impressed.  They diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly and without charging me for services I didn’t need.  It is hard to find honest places like this around Tallahassee.  I will definitely go back for future maintenance!

The people at Tuffy provide outstanding work whether it be on your muffler, an oil change or brakes services. I have taken all my vehicles to them and will continue to do so.
